Application for Full Membership

Background

The Featured Artists Coalition Limited (“FAC”) is a non-profit making society set up by featured musical artists (1) to act as a representative body for featured musical artists in negotiation with industry bodies and Government departments (2) to obtain any intellectual property and other rights as the society may determine (3) to collect and administer remuneration which may be due from the exploitation of these rights and (4) to distribute monies received including the taking of all action which the society may consider necessary on behalf of its members.

FAC is a company limited by guarantee which effectively means that each member in addition to paying an annual subscription guarantees FAC’s liabilities up to a maximum of £1.

Full Membership

Full Membership is open to all featured musical artists who are members of the PPL. The annual subscription for PPL members is currently 5% of PPL UK distribution payments plus VAT. PLEASE NOTE:

1. Full Membership is only open to individuals (not corporate or other entities or bands collectively) and a member’s rights are non-transferable.
2. Under the Articles of FAC you may terminate your membership on 6 months written notice at any time.
3. IN ADDITION IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND ON THIS APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP YOU MAY DO SO WITHIN 60 DAYS BY NOTICE TO FAC AND YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE.
